眠た〜い、、、、
今日は５時前から起きてて、お昼過ぎから眠たっくて仕方がありません。
昨日も５時過ぎやったから、二日連続では眠たくなりますね。
これが冬やったら、５時に起きても外は真っ暗で、また寝てると思うんですが、
今は夏！
５時と言ったら、外は明るい！ 夜が明けてます。
半時間ほど、もう一度寝ようと頑張ったんですが、寝れないんで起きました。
早起きは出来るんですが、早寝が出来ません。
でも、今夜は早寝が出来そうです。
ブログを書きながら、目が眠たいよって、細目がもっと細くなってきました。
今夜は早く寝れるか・・・・？ 早く寝たら明日は今日以上に早起きしたりしてね。
