５月病？
photo:2494999813５月病の事が色々と言われています。
毎年この時期になると５月病の事が話題にのぼります。
まぁ〜ご気楽トンボの私にはまったく関係の無い病なんですがね。真面目な人ほどかかるようですね。
この病気は昔から有ったようで、新しい環境に慣れて来る頃にかかるらしいですね。それまで無我夢中でやってきて 、ふっと一息ついた時に自分が何やってるのか、新しい環境の中のどの位置に居るのかを考えた時になるようです。
私はもちろん、一生懸命頑張っていますが自分が満足したら、それで良い性格ですから。
あまり組織とか他の人の目を気にしません。それなりに流してしまい、それによってストレスがたまらない性格ですから、５月病とは無縁ですね。
ストレスのたまる性格の人は大変ですね。いかにストレスをためない方法の第一位は皆で酒を飲む事だそうです。
だから私にはストレスがたまらない！ ＞＞納得＜＜
