今日は休肝日
今年になってから、毎週のように飲み会がありました。
それはそれで嬉しい事なんですが
そろそろ休肝日にしないとと思っています。
出来たら２〜３日ほど、キッチリと体からアルコールを抜いて
体調を整えようと思っています。
それに朝から少しのどが痛くって、エヘン虫が住み着いたような・・・・・？
風邪かな？ 酒焼けかな？？？？？？
用心して風邪薬を飲んだんですが・・・・・風邪かな？
２〜３日してアルコールが体から抜けたら分かると思うんやけどね。
風邪やったら嫌やな〜！
早く体調を整えて、春のウォーク&トレッキングを頑張らんとね。
さぁ〜明日から頑張るぞっと。
