初詣で＆初歩き
今日は京都の京都御苑〜平安神宮〜下鴨神社〜上賀茂神〜社京都植物園と神社のハシゴと１５kmのウォーキングと頑張って来ました。
お陰さまで左足の裏が痛い！
よう〜考えたら２９日に１０kmほど歩いてるんで、中三日のウオーキング
それも２日間ともアスファルト道です。
その上、２日間とも薄い靴下を履いて歩きましたんで、
足に来ました。
自分が悪いんですがね。
次からは（今年は）真面目に装備をして歩こうと思います。
