鰻が〜
昨日は土用の丑で鰻の厄日でした。
私も何とか鰻にありつけたんです、今年初めての鰻です。
何せ高くって、庶民には食べる事が出来無い、高級食材になってしまった。
今までからも高級魚やったんが、超高級魚になってしましました。
まぁ〜どうしても食べたいって言うほどでは無いんですが、でもたまには食べたい事も有る。
食べたい時に気楽に食べれる魚では無くなって、これからは年に１回しか食べられへんかな？
その年に１回も難しくなるかもね。
早く完全養殖が出来るようになって、お腹いっぱい食べたいよ。
