柿の秋
家に黒柿があります。
有ると行っても鉢植えですがね。
その黒柿が今食べごろになりました。
名前に通り、成熟すると実が黒くなります。
でもこの柿は不完全甘柿で実が硬い時は渋柿で、真っ黒になって柔らかく熟して来ると甘柿になります。
問題は食べごろです。
早いと渋い、でも早く食べたい。
今日も食べれるかな〜？ って思いつつ食べてみると、渋い！
口の中がメッチャメッチャ、半時間ぐらい渋さが残ったんかいね。
後１〜２日食べるのを我慢してたら、甘い柿が食べれたのに・・・残念。
で、明日も食べれるかなって黒柿を触るんやろね。
不完全甘柿はロシアンルーレットみたいなもん、明日は甘い柿が食べれるかな？
