食欲の秋
photo:2887852563そろそろ「天高く馬肥ゆる秋」です。
まだまだ暑いと言うのに、最近食欲が出て来まして、抑える事が出来ません。
一生懸命、ダイエット中なんですが、それに反して手と口が頭に反抗して勝手に動いとります。
秋の青空の下で美味しいものをイッパイ食べたいな〜って思っては、ダイエット・ダイエット、メタボと言われたく無いと頑張っているんですが、ダイエットって難しいですね。
そうそう、うちの銀ちゃん（猫）が、少しずく太って来ました。もう老猫ですから若い頃にように極端に太りませんが、それでも秋には太ります。
秋に太って冬に痩せて、春・夏は平均体重です。猫って偉いですね！
冬は寒いので体温維持のために基礎代謝が上がる分、秋にカロリーを貯めて太るんです。
私は秋に太って、冬に太って、春に太って、夏に太る。あぁ〜いつになったら痩せるやら、うちの銀ちゃんは賢いな。
