久しぶりに寝坊
最近は真面目に朝の徘徊をしてます。
６時前に起きて１時間チョット徘徊して来ます。
もう少し真面目に歩いて朝のウォーキングと言いたいんですが
現実はダラダラ歩きでまるで徘徊です。
それでも歩かないよりは良いと言い訳をして歩いてます。
今朝は雨やって言ってたんで朝の徘徊はお休みと決めて、
目覚まし時計をセットしないで寝ました。
で、朝起きてみると７時前！
雨は降ってません、偉いこっちゃ寝すぎました。
サボったんは天気予報のせいです。
昨夜はいつもより遅くまで起きてたから
眠ってる時間はいつもと一緒と言うか短いかな？
そのせいでお昼から眠たい。
半分寝ながらお仕事頑張ってます。
