芋掘り
今日はベランダで作ってたサツマイモを収穫しました。
ベランダの栽培はウスイエンドウ豆がメインでして
夏場はプランターも遊んでるんで、暇つぶしに
サツマイモを植えてます。
サツマイモは肥料も要らんし、水もええ加減で良いし
それで秋にはイモが出来るんですから植えないてはない。
手間いらずで良い植物です。
それにベランダは夏が暑いんで、原産地と似ていて美味しい
サツマイモが出来ます。
と言うことで、今日芋掘りをしたんですが
今年のイモは少し小振りでした。
後は味見なんですが。収穫から２週間くらい経たないと
甘みが出ませんので、暫くの我慢です。
小振りでも甘いんかも？？？
