今日は秋刀魚

今日は秋刀魚が送られて来ます。
送られて来るはずなんですが、
茨木、栃木の大雨で、送られて来るのか心配してましたが
無事に北海道の厚岸が送られて来ました。
茨木、栃木を避けて来たのか？
そんな事より、早く食べなくては！
秋刀魚は塩焼きが一番好きです。
秋刀魚の塩焼きにスダチをイッパイ絞って食べます。
スダチは家の庭になってます。
今年は３００個ほど穫れました。
新鮮な秋刀魚はワタまで食べれるんで
美味しいんです、近くで買った秋刀魚のワタは
鮮度が心配で食べません。
これでホンマの秋が来ました。
口の中も秋です！！
