昨日は下見ウォーク
土曜日は１６kmを歩いて来ました。
９月に「遠足くらぶ」で歩くコースの下見です。
このコースは１年前に歩いてから、歩いて無かったんで
確認のために歩いてきました。
前半はややこしくって、思い出しながら地図を見ながら
歩いたんですが、後半は一本道でタダタダ歩きました。
最後の丘越えが記憶したのとは違ったんで
私の記憶はいい加減なもの！
１年も経ったら忘れてます。
１日前の事も忘れるんやから、あたりまえか！？
それで今日は１日中、家でウダウダしてます。
朝から寝っ転がってテレビを見てたんですが
昼頃から腰が痛い、肩が痛い、首が痛いで
慣れん事をすると、かえって疲れる。
