ギックリ腰？
昨日は日曜日に転けた為に腰が痛かったんですが
今日はお昼休みに、座って草取りをしてまして立ち上がろうとしたら
腰がギクッ！
あ、痛痛痛・・・・。
後はもう動きません、動けません。
先週から腰を冷やして、日曜日ば転けて
それでギックリ腰！
あぁ〜最悪、阿呆です。
今夜はシップして早く寝ます。
明日になったらスキット嘘みたいに治ってるかな？
多分無理やろけど・・・・・・？
頑張りま〜すって、何を頑張るんやろ？？？？？
